ABOUT Life Streams

Life Streams women’s ministry has been focusing on our identity as women of God, daughters of the King, by asking ourselves what passions, personality traits, dreams and limitations motivate us. We discuss how each of us is a piece of the puzzle: how we are uniquely created to function in the Body of Christ, expressing our God-given personalities, gifts, skills and characteristics that make us beautiful and necessary parts of the whole. 

Wanda Nelson has shared with us the power of words and how to be mindful of the words we speak, as they are actually seeds with creative expression. We have focused on the importance of renewing our minds with the Word and to pray, listen and ask God to share His plans and purposes for our lives so we can partner with Him to be all we were created to be!

Nicole Jaramillo has led us in a Christ-centered Holy Yoga class. We have been spending time in Philipians 4:8, combing through this scripture's teachings to think on the things of true value and worth. During these times of learning and sharing, we have grown together in our relationship with the Lord, and with each other. What an amazing, strong and courageous tribe of spiritual warriors our Life Streams beauties are!

​We have had the opportunity to explore our giftings and strength and will consider how we can function together utilizing our individual passions, strengths and giftings. It will be fun to see what can be born of these times of sharing!  As we get to know ourselves and each other in this supportive and encouraging environment, we grow in confidence and identity as individuals and as a group. We are increasing in our ability to see ourselves and each other as a functioning part of the Body! And this is exciting! We are praying Holy Spirit breathes on our River Beauties and shows us how we can move forward with you in this Kingdom Adventure! We’d love to have you join us on the 1st Saturday of the month at 8 AM!
